Hume Music on iTunes

You can now purchase any of the music I wrote for Hume Lake since 2005 on iTunes! Here's what is on there:

-We Like Sheep (songs written with Darin McWatters + soundtrack)

-Many Return of Honorable Grasshopper Fighting

-Isola

-Rise of the Kinematics

And of course.... the broom hockey songs:

-Broom Hockey Baby (and outtakes)

-Sweeping our Time Away

It is fun to think back to all of these projects... good times!

TRAVEL tour video pt. 1

To celebrate the release of our first of 3 travel themed EP's, we have been doing a string of California dates. Here is a video recounting some of what has happened so far. We are still playing in Cerritos, Brentwood, Livermore, and San Jose, so check the myspace and come to a show!

TRAVEL is out!!

It is Cinco De Mayo... which means Future of Forestry has released 'TRAVEL!'

We also launched a new website that features a 'behind the album' section with little snippets about each song.

We poured ourselves into this album for about 6 months, and it feels good to have it out there!

You can listen to it at our myspace page.

You can (and should) buy the disk from us at http://futureofforestry.com/store.

Or... you can definitely download it at iTunes or Amazon mp3.

Tell your friends and I hope you enjoy it!

Drumming is fun

Especially when you get stoked about a groove. I'm working on a song called "Balboa park Gets Dark" and the second beat featured in this video will be in there somewhere. By the way, this is part of the Hume Studio. I'm sure more pictures or videos of it will show up here eventually.

Sorry for the poor sound quality. I would have recorded the audio from the mics, but Carl and I have hit a snag in our Pro Tools 8 upgrade process! (gasp)
